The Acura ILX first found the eyes of the public back in 2012 when it was introduced as a concept car at the North American International Auto Show. Later that year, the production version would appear at the Chicago Auto Show, and it would eventually hit the market in 2013. This would be the first compact car since the company discontinued the RSX back in 2007.
